A Dallas Thanksgiving

We went to Dallas, TX for Thanksgiving this year and had such a blast!! We went to visit my sister's family - they moved there about a year ago and we had never see their house or where they live. We were busy, busy, busy and had such a fun time hanging out with them and letting the kids play. Addy had such a fun time that she asked Jennie if she could stay at "Landen & Nathan's house" instead of going home with us :( We took her home anyway :) Here are some pictures of our fun trip.

On the plane. Addy was SO excited to ride on a plane. She hasn't been on a plane since she was 13 months old. She requested a purple sparkly plane...that didn't quite happen.

The first day we were there, we went to this cute little play area - they have a train, cute little houses to play in, and a maze made out of hedges in the shape of Texas, of course. The kids had a blast!

After that, our little family went to visit with our friends from Spokane, Jared & Emily King, who now live in Dallas. We went to the Frisco Fire Safety Town and then to play at the park. The kids loved it and it was so fun to visit with Emily again!

Thanksgiving Day!! Jennie and Phil cooked us the most delicious Thanksgiving dinner. It was fun to just hang out, cook, and eat all day.

While we were cooking, the kids played outside in the beautiful 70 degree weather!

On Friday morning, we went to the "big park". This was such a cool park - so big and so much to do. It was, once again, a beautiful 70 degree day :)

After the park, we went to a great BBQ restaurant to meet up and eat with Aunt and Uncle and cousins who also live in Dallas and Houston. My cousin Brandon just got back from his mission in Russia. It was a lot of fun to see all of them again.

That evening, we took all the kids swimming!

We were definitely tired, but it was sure worth it. What a fun trip! Thank you Gee family!!
